I was interested in Well-Choices because I had been working out and eating healthy for a while but never knew if what I was doing was on the right path or if I was just doing this “whole healthy journey” all wrong. Liz helped me understand the process, my caloric intake based on my height/weight/activity and gave me some exercises and snacks/meals to make to stay on track. I also learned about meditation and breathing exercises which wasn’t something I thought I needed but now won’t go back. It helps me “restart” each day and I love it.
